Managing partner of the company, Vice-President of the Union of Project Managers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Certified project manager according to ISO 21500 (2020) and PRINCE2 Foundation (2019), trainer-consultant according to ISO 21500, 21503, 21504 (2020).

Arman Yevniyev has extensive experience in the most responsible positions, worked as the First Vice Minister, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, led the processes for the creation and establishment of the project office of the General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan and the Management Office of the Rukhani Zhangyru Program, headed the Monitoring Office implementation of National projects.
